Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
During peak periods or high order volumes, processing may take up to 3 business days.

If an item is purchased as pre-order, the estimated dispatch timeframe will be clearly displayed on the product page and included in your order confirmation email.


National Delivery (Australia)

Tide E-Bikes partners with trusted national couriers that specialise in large or heavy goods. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch.

NSW & QLD

3–7 business days

VIC, SA & ACT

5–10 business days

WA, NT & TAS 

6–15 business days


Remote Areas Across Australia

10–15 business days
(Remote zones include selected postcodes in NT, WA, FNQ, rural SA & inland QLD.)

Same-Day Local Delivery (Northern Rivers & Gold Coast)

Customers located in the Northern Rivers (NSW) or Gold Coast (QLD) regions are eligible for same-day local delivery, fulfilled by a trusted Tide E-Bikes team member.

Same-Day Delivery Conditions

  • Available Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Orders must be placed before 10:00 AM local time.

  • Deliveries placed after this time will be delivered next business day.

  • Applicable suburbs are automatically detected at checkout.

This service ensures that your e-bike is delivered quickly, safely, and personally by our staff.


Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Same-day local delivery fees differ from standard freight and will be displayed during checkout for eligible postcodes.


Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with:

  • courier name

  • tracking number

  • tracking link

  • estimated delivery window

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.


Delivery Requirements for E-Bikes

Due to the high value of our products:

  • A signature on delivery may be required.

  • Couriers may not leave the parcel unattended (“authority to leave”) unless explicitly authorised by the customer.

  • For multi-box shipments, items may arrive separately.
