Local service warranty for customers in Northern Rivers and Gold Coast.
A 12-month limited warranty is provided on selected mechanical components, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and standard operating conditions.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Wear-and-tear items (including but not limited to tires, inner tubes, brake pads, chains, and cables)
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper handling, or external factors
- Issues arising from repairs, modifications, or servicing carried out by third parties
- Routine maintenance or adjustments
Service Terms
All warranty inspections and repairs are to be carried out at our workshop. This warranty does not include on-demand pickup or emergency call-outs.
To keep your ride performing at its best, we recommend an initial service between 100 km or within the first 6 months of use (whichever comes first). A follow-up service at around 500 km is also advised.
This is an important part of the natural bedding-in period of a new e-bike, where components settle and may require fine adjustment. Regular early servicing helps ensure everything stays secure, smooth, and safe on the road.
